How much does shipping cost?
All orders are shipped FREE within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. If a Customer's order is to be shipped outside the United States, the Customer will be charged an additional $20.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with most orders taking between 2-3 business days from the time of shipment.
How do I track my order?
You will be sent an email with tracking information once your order is shipped so you can see where Jane is at all times.
What are Jane's refund, return or cancellation policies?
We do not accept returns, refunds or cancelations on orders after payment has been made. In the rare event that a package arrives damaged upon delivery, we are absolutely happy to replace it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your replacement options and include a photo of the damaged packaging so that we can send you a Return Shipping Label to return the damaged package. We will then notify you once your return has been received and replacement approved. If getting in touch about a replacement, please don't forget to include your order number and product details in the email.
